The Slider Slam

Chefs from different Expo 2020 pavilions will go head to head in this tasty showdown held at the Australian Pavilion on the 23rd of March.

With six 'judges' randomly selected from the audience, chefs will create a slider that represents their own pavilion or nation. In total, chefs will cook up 26 slides - one for each judge and 20 sample sliders for the lucky audience. 

The 'slider slam' has just one rule: the slider must represent the chef's pavilion or country... everything else, including ingredients, theme and flavour is totally up to them! 

All preparation will be done in advance, and a BBQ will be used for the final touches as part of the event.
