Ladies of the Twelve Hundred Islands: a theatrical fashion show by RIMIE

Join Australia and the Maldives in the forecourt for this stunning cross-cultural event, set to ignite and inspire the senses.

The night will comprise a live performance of traditional Maldivian music, "Boduberu" with group of drummers and singers presenting, before the audience is graced with history of the Twelve Hundred Islands, celebrating three of its leading women who broke barriers and stereotypes, reigning supreme over their people. 

The ladies of the Twelve Hundred Islands are set to showcase the heroics of these women during their reign, presented in the form of a theatrical fashion show. 

This will include models and Boduberu drummers perform before a ramp walk with all 16 models kicks off in the centre of the forecourt. 

Music lovers, fashionistas (and inspiring ones!) and the 'culture curious' alike will revel in this delightful evening. Join us in the forecourt on Sunday 27th March at 4.30PM for an event not be missed.
