Bus Stop Films’ Inclusion in Action (IIA) is a unique training workshop for filmmakers, writers, directors, and producers focused on how filmmaking can open pathways to employment and improve the engagement of people living with disabilities - on both sides of the camera. It equips participants with skills to more confidently employ and collaborate with people living with disabilities for dignified and impactful storytelling. IIA is an engaging workshop developed by screen industry professionals with lived experience of disability. IIA workshops have been attended by screen agency staff, broadcasters, producers, writers, and directors from across Australia and around the world. Bus Stop Films is a film school and production company that uses filmmaking and the film industry to raise the profile of people living with disabilities. Having produced more than 50 inclusively made films for audiences of 45 million people worldwide, winning over 85 awards, and supporting more than 600 screen industry workplace opportunities for people with disabilities, Bus Stop Films are global leaders in inclusive filmmaking.
