Operations Co-ordinator
Outstanding opportunity for a highly enthusiastic professional to deliver operations and ground logistics at the Australian Pavilion, including liaising with the Expo 2020 and Australian Pavilion warehouse on such matters of accreditation, access, transport, deliveries, vehicles, logistics and accommodation.
Experienced operations professional with a demonstrated understanding of a busy work environment underpinned by exceptional customer service. Candidates will be expected to have proven capability in logistics and be a team player who is flexible and self-motivated with excellent professional discipline.
Experience in the UAE, or an understanding of the Middle East region will be advantageous.

Warehouse Assistant & Driver
Great opportunity for a self-motivated and responsible individual familiar with Dubai logistics, road laws, transport routes and customs to drive Australian Pavilion personnel, VIP guests, products and equipment to and from the Expo site, accommodations and other locations as required.
Must have full licence (minimum 5 years) and experience in transporting and engaging with VIP passengers. Vehicles will be provided by the Australian Pavilion however candidates must be willing to work both morning, afternoon and evening shifts.
Successful candidates will also be rostered to undertake operational and logistics duties to support the smooth operations of the Warehouse facility. A forklift licence and other qualifications in regard to occupational safety will be highly regarded.

Project Support Officer
Hands on operations position to suit candidates with exceptional administration and organisational skills. Must be adaptable and able to work well under pressure.
A key support role to Pavilion operations, the successful candidate will need to take ownership across a number of areas including office tasks, uniforms and ground logistics. Most suited to candidates who have proven capability in logistics and a self-motivated team player who thrives in busy workplaces.
Experience in the UAE, or an understanding of the Middle East region will be advantageous.

Mascot Performer
Highly energetic and ideally experienced performer with an outgoing personality and proven capability in customer satisfaction. The position requires the successful candidate to wear the mascot outfit at the Pavilion and at various special events engaging visitors with a character portrayal providing visitor enjoyment.
The successful candidate must be a team player, be able to follow instructions, have a creative approach, be sensitive to cultural considerations and have experience in engaging the public in a busy event environment.

Photographer / Videographer
Experienced innovative and creative Photographer / Videographer required to accurately capture the journey and special moments at the Australian Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai.
Successful candidate will have proven capability of capturing special moments in large scale or busy event environments that can be used across all media and business platforms. Must be highly organised to support curating and archiving of images working both independently and as part of the team to support the Pavilion’s creative objectives.
Candidate to have a high-level competency across a number of creative software platforms such as Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Premier, Avis Media Composer, Davinci Resolve and Final Cut X.
