VIP Reception Team Leader

Experienced corporate administrator with excellent communication and customer service skills required to roster, task, manage and motivate a small VIP Reception team. With exceptional presentation, communication and organisational skills the successful candidate will have proven capability in leading and motivating a team in a professional environment. Experience in the UAE, or an understanding of the Middle East region will be advantageous. Must have experience in working under pressure and willing to undertake administrative duties to deliver exceptional team results.

VIP Receptionist

Great opportunity for an experienced administrator to play a role in ensuring VIP guests are greeted in a highly professional and engaged manner at all times. A key support to the Pavilion’s VIP program, this role requires the management and daily maintenance of files and diaries, plus plays a key role in the planning and execution of VIP events including co-ordinating invitations, preparing and distributing event collateral, setting up meetings and completing other duties as directed by the VIP Reception Team Leader or Pavilion management. Experience in the UAE, or an understanding of the Middle East region will be advantageous.

Interpreter

Qualified and experienced interpreter fluent in written and verbal English and Arabic is required to support the Australian Pavilion. The successful candidate must have proven capabilities in customer service delivery and the ability to plan and manage simultaneous – including chuchotage - and consecutive interpreting to high profile guests. Provide interpreting services for the Commissioner General, Pavilion management and VIP guests and at functions as required in a highly professional and courteous manner.
