Trade and Investment Queensland at Expo 2020 Dubai

Expo 2020 Dubai presents a significant opportunity to build Queensland’s international profile as a trade, investment and study destination in lead up to the 2032 Brisbane Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Trade and Investment Queensland has had an office in Abu Dhabi since 2007 – Expo is an opportunity to continue strengthening our relationships in the UAE.

Donna Massie, Trade and Investment Commissioner – Middle East and North Africa, Trade & Investment Queensland, said, “Australians are familiar with the many opportunities Expo brings after the outstanding success of Expo 88 in Brisbane which transformed our city.”

“Countries since then have worked very hard to ensure their significant investment in Expo shows real returns for many years across multiple industries as well as the community and the country.”

“This expo will be very business focused, with Queensland and Australia well placed to show what we offer the world now and into the future.”

“This is also an opportunity to strengthen existing relationships and create new ones with the delegates.”
